Organic Flash Step 2 – Neutralizer 15 ml
The Organic Flash Fix Step 2 not only sets the new curve of the hairs, but is also a color activator, meaning that when color is added in a 2:1 ratio (2 parts neutralizer + 1 part color), it is possible to neutralize and color the hairs simultaneously. Compatible with any hair dye.
Organic Flash Step 2 was designed to neutralize and set the hairs in their new shape during Brow Lamination, Korean technique, or reversal procedures because while setting the new shape, it deeply nourishes and conditions the eyebrows and eyelashes.
The advanced formula ensures hydrated and protected hairs.
IMPORTANT: This Step 2 was also developed to be used with Dual Hero Step 1.
