The product must be returned in its original sealed packaging and in the same condition as sold, without any signs of use or damage, accompanied by the invoice and all immaculate accessories, manuals, and packaging.
You must check the condition of the product upon receipt. If it is damaged or missing accessories, you must inform GLAM SHOP within a maximum of 24 hours via email: geral@glamshop.pt. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
