This creamy oxidant was developed specifically for use with OKO Lash&Brow Liquid Hybrid Tint H2O.
Control the saturation of the result with an oxidant!
The unique formula of the Liquid Hybrid Tint and the 3% Cream Oxidant from the H2O line allows you to adjust color saturation according to the mixing ratio. Ratios can range from 1:1 to 1:3.
When diluting the tint with the developer in a 1:1 ratio, you will get a more saturated result; in a 1:2 ratio, a lighter result; and in a 1:3 ratio, the lightest result.
